Nadir Weber presented the paper “Collective Silence: Functions and Representations of Secrecy in (Early) Modern Republics” at the annual conference of the Swiss Society for Economic and Social History on 9 September 2022 in Fribourg. The conference was held under the theme “The Return of the Political.”
